Salmon Egg Fishing

The art of salmon egg trout fishing is a very easy method to
setup. All you have to do is just thread a salmon egg on a hook. If water is
calm and there is a light wind to your back, try using a bobber, with a 3-foot
leader to start out. If you don’t get a bite in 15 minutes, start sliding your
bobber up to make your leader longer till you find the right depth.
The split shock method keeps your bait moving, which works great. Use a little
spilt shock number 5. If your using ultra light gear and cast out as far as you
can, slowly retrieve it in. Trout seem to pick up the movement that will get
them to strike.
Another method to use is a sliding sinker and a barrow swivel with a two-foot
leader with any of the salmon egg hook setups shown below.
Use whatever fishing method you feel that will work best for you. Either methods
works great, it just depends upon the water conditions and the use of any salmon
egg hook style method.
